Super Bowl XL Predictions

Here's my prediction for this year's Super Bowl:

Pittsburgh 27
Seattle 18

It seems like one very evenly-matched Super Bowl. And although the likelihood of the Seahawks winning is just as high as the Steelers', I think the Steelers will come through in the end. Let's hope the Bus wins it in front of his hometown fans.

I agree
Seattle will definetly put up a fight. They are a very good team and don't get enough credit from many people.

My prediction:
Steelers 32
Seahawks 24

MVP: Ike Taylor

I have a similar prediction...
The Seahawks are the NFC champs for a reason. Hasselback and Alexander will do what they've been doing all season, but a stifling Steeler's D will limit the explosion off the line that has led to their success.

Steelers - 27
Seahawks - 20

MVP - Hines Ward

Steelers
Steelers will win. Seattle is the best team in a weak conference. The Steelers are a good team in a strong conference. Seattle is better on paper but the Steelers have more experience and have been more tested. In addition, there is no team from Washington that can consistently beat a team from Pennsylvania.
