If you were to buy a Steelers jersey today...

So a random question:  Every year for the past three seasons I have made it a habit of buying one jersey at the beginning of the year.  So far, all my buys have been good ones as the players are still playing.  Year 1: was Ben Roethlisberger, Year 2: was Troy Polamalu, and my most recent purchase (which was a very tough decision) was Willie Parker.  I really want to get a Lamarr Woodley jersey, but I think I need him to start first.  My question for all of you is this:  Who is your next jersey purchase and why?  Some people may go with the Porter jersey, since you can get one CHEAP, lol.  And who knows, it might be a collector's item I guess.  Offense or Defense?  ST?

hmmm
get a porter jersey for cheap and put a woodley name plate over it :)

I would look at Anthony Smith, Willie Reid, or Sepulveda.  Although my addition this year was a Roethlisberger Miami jersey (I'm also an alum).

Miller maybe?
If you for one of the guys on the DL, that would be awesome too. I don't see nearly enough Hampton jerseys.

I always try to get memorabilia for guys that
I think have a reasonable chance of finishing thier career w/ the Steelers. With that being said and looking at the jersey's you've already got, Ward comes to mind first, but I also like Desroko's idea of a Hampton jersey.

Sepulveda, of course
My new hero. No joke.

Guy's a beast. And a punter!  WOO!

some good ones
I was thinking about creating a jersey for Woodley, but those are more expensive.  Sepulveda does look to be a beast, i hope that shoulder problem they say he has is minor.

shoulder?
i think you might be thinking of Spaeth the TE they got from Minnesota

also....
I've heard the jerseys on eBay are very good quality despite the fact that they're almost all fake. They're certainly much cheaper

shoulder
I swear I read it at the bottom of one of the news articles on Steelers.com that Sepulveda sat out a practive due to a sore shoulder, i'll check on it.

Ward
without a doubt.  For a ton of reasons:
  1. He's a long timer, and a future HOFer(i hope).
  2. He's by far one of the toughest players in the league, especially at his position.
  3. It seems that he will be a steeler his whole career, and that's saying a lot.
  4. He's my wife's favorite player and the only jersey she would wear, and we all know how great girls look in jerseys.
  5. Who else smiles more?

Another question to consider
is are you going to go w/ the throwback jersey that they're going to sport this year?

Those 75th year
Jerseys are interesting.  They are mostly black and kinda bland in my opinion, but throwbacks are just automatically cool by nature.

Although the more I look at the detail ones, the more they grow on me!  Maybe I could do the Any Name and Number custom jersey and go with a Lambert or Stallworth.

Hines...
I'd go with Hines with steelerark. Anthony Smith would be my second choice.
