Steelers vs. Jaguars - 3rd Quarter Open Thread
A+ game from Arians and his offense so far. An early pick and one nice Jags drive keep this game close heading into halftime, but we're really in control through two quarters. The Jags won't be rolling over so it's imperative we play to win and go for the kill in the second half, not just hope to hold on.
GO STEELERS!

stat lines
Nate: 5 for 82
Holmes: 3 for 54
Ward: 4 for 48
Heath: 4 for 43
Moore: 11 for 46 (and 2 rec for 13)
Russell: 4 for 20
The only problem is the missed passes.
Ben is throwing it an awful lot – 18 for 29. O-line is looking decent, no more false starts.

Agreed
We’re bashing them. Our front 3 are just pushing them back. I’d like to see a Timmons or Troy blitz up the middle, seeing how weak they are there. The sacks are a nice number, but they don’t tell the story of a dominating first half.

We need to limit mistakes here and let the D carry us to victory if the offense doesnt click like it did in the first half. Itd be easy to think we have it all figured out on offense and force some things. If it’s not there, no mistakes!
