The Steelers announced that they have resigned RB Najeh Davenport to the team. Like Dookie stuck in the crevice's of your tennis shoes, it's tough to shake Davenport. His signing doesn't signal FWP won't play against the Pats* it's just insurance in case the fast one can't go.To make room for Davenport the Steelers released CB Roy Lewis who some on this board (wrongly) argued would get ST ace Anthony Madison's roster spot in August. Lewis will be back just not until FWP is ready to go.

Many at BTSC do not like Davenport. I do not count myself among those. While not a superstar or game changer Davenport is a solid football player who can play RB, FB and KR as well as ST. He is an unsung player that knows our system and can step in and help if FWP can't go. At any rate, Happy Thanksgiving Dookie. You're Back! Have some turkey and another paycheck.
