Patriots Game Tape
Hey guys..great win yesterday. Definitely one that I will remember and lets hope this momentum can carry through to the rest of the year. Anyways the reason I posted is I need your help. My uncle is from the Foxboro area and a season ticket holder so of course was at the game yesterday. He will be joining us for christmas and me and my family talked about how great it would be to keep replaying the game for him but unfortunately my dad somehow forgot to DVR the game. If anyone either has or knows how I could obtain a copy of the game I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Talk to Bill Belicheck; he has a tape, though it’s mostly of LeBeau.

Well, I don’t know about a full game tape, but the NFL network is replaying it Tuesday night at 9:30 I believe (although you might want to check that time). That is, if you happen to be one of the 6 people to actually subscribe to it.

NFL Network
Yeah, the game will be replayed Tue. night on NFL Net. The nice thing about their replay is that they skip the crap and shorten the game by half. I love the NFLN and think it is well worth the money……especially in the off season where the other sports networks don’t feed you anything about the NFL until the draft. Although I do subscribe to the conspiracy theory that the network is the first step toward making ALL NFL games a paid subscriber event without any games being over the air. I hope the NFL never gets that greedy but with the price Skelator is charging for personal seat licenses at the new Cowgirl stadium (over $100g’s PER SEAT in some sections!) and the fact the same hits they fine for, they profit from in “Greatest hits” DVDs each year…….. so I have my doubts.
I wasn't hired for my disposition!

Where I live,
We get the NFL network as part of our cable package. I like it, too, especially the replays. I like when they cut to interviews concerning a play that was just run. I seriously doubt, however, I would lay down money for it. I believe the 60 shekels I shell each month should be enough to keep it included.

NFLN
NFLN is part of our digital cable package with WOW in detroit.
Problem is, they dont get the games. Apparently WOW and a select few other cable providers cheaped out and didnt purchase the games. So instead I get “The history of the somethings” during game time.
However seeing as this affects maybe one Pittsburgh game a year, I can live. I just go to BW3’s for it instead.
But I will be catching the Replay tonight because I didnt get to watch this game, and it was the first one I missed all year.

NFLN
is also showing Super Bowl 13 on Friday night at 9 PM eastern time.
When this game was over Chuck Noll was quoted as saying “This team hasn’t peaked yet.” For all of you that get NFLN but only heard about the 70’s Steelers check this one out.
IMO Noll was correct. The 70’s Steelers teams peaked the following year in the 4th quarter of Super Bowl 14 against the Rams.

"Bless his heart! He's got to be the sickest man in America!"
The announcer’s call when HOFer Jackie Smith drops a sure TD in end zone. Love it!
