PrintQuite an impressive drive by Baltimore to close the half. This is two good teams going at it. Pittsburgh ball at about the 10 minute mark of the 3rd.
Let's go Pittsburgh. AFC North title in sight.

?!? the zebras are back – so its to tackle silverback when he’s in your backfield about to sack you- but if Ray Lewis slips going for the tackle then its a hold.

I always notice during games against other teams with black helmets that their helmets are really shiney and ours look like crap, a dull sheen at best…

So that has happened all year long I guess, and yeah i know there have been a bunch were ben has held on to long, but that first sack by lewis is a prime example of the miscues

I still like this team a lot. It wasnt a given that wed be able to bang with them in their house and have a shot to win. We’ve gotten dusted in this situation in previous years.

In the AFC, that is going to beat us? Indy is our only AFC loss so far. I think we all remember what happened last time Indy beat us in the regular season and met us in the postseason.

For the last two weeks, I’ve needed to have a beer just to stay calm. After each game, I am weak in the knees, and completely drained.
Ben is a 4th quarter hero.

Your defense is sick
so is Baltimore’s, but they don’t have enough O. I said after the Giants beat you guys that I felt like if we made it to the SB we’d be facing you again, and nothing I’ve seen since then has changed my mind. Tennessee is wildly overrated.

i think somehow everyone of us knew today no matter what, we were going to win.
i know blitz has commented on the up and down and generally negativity of emotions in the gameday threads. but i think its been due to the fact that this unusual season has been a roller coaster for fans. im not seeing that anymore. we just had to get used to how the steelers are going to win games this year. everyone has faith now. everyone is excited. everyone knows no matter what, we are gonna win.
next up, titans and the battle for number one seed!!
