Don't know if anyone was watching the Colts/Jaguars game tonight, but the Jaguars were out of timeouts with 12 seconds left and they had the ball down at the Colts' 7. David Garrard dropped back to pass and, facing the pass rush, instead of taking a shot towards the end zone, he stepped up into a sack.
When this happened, I could not help but think of that Browns game from 2000 (I think) when we were faced with a similar situation and Kent Graham was our QB. For those who don't remember, he did the same thing, and our field goal unit couldn't get out onto the field on time, the clock expired, and the Browns beat us. Bad memories.
