It might be good that the Steelers lost to the Titans

Right now, Titans are the 1st seed and Steelers are the 2nd seed

The last two seeds, are the Ravens and Colts (5th and 6th seeds) because they are the two wildcard teams

The 3th and 4th seed will be the winner of the AFC East and either the Broncos or Chargers

For example: If the Dolphins and Broncos win next week, they will play the Ravens and Colts

If either the Broncos or Dolphines win againt the wild card team, they would go to Pittsburgh, and either the Ravens or Colts would go to Tennessee.

Because the upper seed team would go to Pittsburgh and the lower seed team would go to Tennessee.

Here’s how I see it:

The Colts (5th seed) and Ravens (6th seed) would likely win those Wild Card games so that would bring the Colts to Heinz Field and send the Ravens to Tennessee.

I like our match-up with colts…. and I think the Ravens could go to Tennessee and beat the Titans…

This would then bring the AFC Championship Game to Pittsburgh…

Wow. A Steelers / Ravens AFCCG

That would be an instant classic. I can see the ravens playing spoiler to the Titans.

I still think one of the wild cards will lose…. which means we play SD/DEN/NE/MIA/NY… We only play the colts if both wild cards win on the road (which wouldn’t be a huge surprise this year)

Hence we now know the 6 possible teams we will play.

I totally think we can beat the Colts and Titans. The Colts had some great luck and some miscues on our part (Ben) and the Titans got the same thing (Ben). Of course we can beat the Ravens again… but that is a rival team and they match up well against us.

Here is to hoping we get the Patriots in the second round and get to knock them out of the playoffs this year :P

Take you pick… who is the best matchup?

I’ll take the AFC east or AFC west. The titans, colts, and ravens will all be tough games.

I want a piece of

the AFC west. I mean .500 winning percentage and your in the playoffs. They’re the retarded division in the AFC this year. We’ll wax the broncos and battle it out with the chargers but would win either. I think i’d rather take indy than B-more. Just because we’re due for a win against indy and a loss from b-more.

But I second everyone here when I say B-more could wipe that smile off the titans face.
