Questions for Charlie Batch

Hey guys,

I'm going to have the opportunity to see Charlie Batch speak on Monday. He is talking about his experiences in football as well as some of his charitable work in the community. There is going to be a question and answer session.

So what should I ask him? I'm not sure how formal/informal this is going to be or whether he will be taking real serious questions about the Steelers (probably not) but I thought some of you may have ideas or questions you want answered.

While I have nothing specific to ask...
...the fact that it's being held in the freaking gym should give you a hint as to how informal it's going to be.

I have one
Charlie could probably start for (and be an improvement) for about 25% of teams in this league. (Bears, Niners, Ravens. Chiefs, just to name a few). But his situation here is comfortable for him, not to mention fortunate for us fans; a well respected, well liked backup for his hometown team, a team with legitimate championship aspirations every year. Is this a dilemma for him?

cool
Schnifin, if it's not too late:

Does Big Ben still treat you the same way now that he's a proven veteran about to get paid as he did when he was a younger player still learning and trying to earn the respect of his older teamates?

Ben question
I'm sure he would say yes to that even if it isn't true.

post career ambitions
I always wonder what some athletes plan on doing after they retire such as go into the booth or into coaching or own restuarants and car dealerships.

this reminds me (again)
whatever happened with the Ike Taylor thing?

i sent the questions to his rep
a few weeks ago.

nothing yet. not entirely a surprise. it's definitely why i'm weary of people promising me things in exchange for some exposure of their product/client/service on BTSC.

Ike
I wouldn't be surprised at all if his response was based entirely on if he made the Pro Bowl or not in thier mind.
