Holmes' offseason workouts and his goals. He wants to get up to 197-198 by training camp (about 10 pounds more than 2007) and wants to make the Pro Bowl.

seems like
Holmes is one of those guys that got his head screwed on right. I am thank for that, he made a good point about self motivation, it is important to have that but nothing compares to having competition and motivation from his peers. Lets hope he doesnt lose to much speed putting on the extra 10 pounds. But seems like he is working hard with running and form just as hard as he is working in the weight room, so I do not think that is going to be a problem. Lastly, the dude seems pretty smart, speaks well, clearly and intelligently, that speaks volumes of what kind of program they run over in THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY.
* till next time wave those towels proud

10 extra lbs
will really help him avoid getting jammed off the line. Looks like he is in prime form for a pro-bowl. yayaa!

practice
I’m definitely happy to hear it. From a few comments he made last season I thought he assumed he was god’s gift to a football team. I’m not convinced that hasn’t changed, and I’d be happy if it hasn’t as long as he lives up to it.
