LOWELL PERRY A SUCCESS STORY
I HAVE BEEN A STEELER FAN SINCE I WAS FOUR YEARS OLD! I CRIED JUST ABOUT EVERY WEEK WHEN THEY ALWAYS PLAYED TOUGH BUT WOULD LOSE! JOE TUCKER'S VOICE WILL ALWAYS BE EMBEDDED IN MY MIND! IT WAS SO VERY HEARTWARMING TO READ ABOUT LOWELL PERRY'S MINI BIOGRAPHY! WHEN HE WAS INJURED I WAS CRUSHED! ROSIE GRIER PUT A CAREER ENDING HIT ON HIM! I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE WONDERFULLY SUCCESSFUL CAREER THAT LOWELL ENJOYED! AHHH, THE WONDERS OF COMPUTERS! SINCERELY, ALFRED CAPRINO

Thank you Mr. Caprino
If you remember Joe Tucker’s voice then you are obviously an oldtimer like myself who should get some slack for our computer deficiencies. Those days in the 50s and 60s were indeed painful, week in and week out, but it also made it all the better when we finally reached the promised land. I loved those old Steelers the same then as I do now.
Thanks again for taking time to read and comment about Lowell Perry. His widow and son were wonderful to interview and showed a great deal of affection for the Rooney
family. Cheers.
