Aaron Kelly Clemson SR, 6-5 195, WR.
I know it's incredibly early to make predictions but damn would this guy be a nice fit for us. Nate Washington will most likely be leaving us after this season, and with Hines not getting any younger (no rush Hines stay as long as you like). I tell you with Kelly trown into the mix of our receivers to me would make a lot of sense. If in fact Washington leaves, Sweed will most likely be the number 3 receiver, and Kelly would make a nice option at number 4 which would give him room to learn and grow just as Sweed will have to do assuming he wins the 4th spot. As for where he'd go in the draft, I'm predicting an early to mid second round pick that is worth us trading (I will say it) UP for. If he goes higher than that then there don't even think about doing it. Our first round pick will have to be a Offensive or Defensive Lineman (OL is a safe bet because this year's crop of Defensive Linemen isn't that impressive). Plus, even after Kelly's Junior year, 88 receptions, 1081 yards, 11 TDs, and nearing breaking school records in his Clemosn Career, he was only projected to be a 4th rounder if he decided to enter the draft. Besides his ideal height, vertical, hands, and speed, he is a hard worker, and competitive player. Personally, I would love to see another large target for Ben to throw to. We'll first have to see how Limas "Real Country" Sweed pans out (I'm praying he wins fourth spot in the very near future) but mark my words this will be the call. "With the 47th overall pick[obtained from a team like Tennessee in the 2009 NFL Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers select Aaron Kelly, WR, Clemson".
