Big Ben DISRESPECTED

I am watching Monday night fotball and did I really hear one of the announcers call Big Ben a "DRAMA QUEEN"? i WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND all announcers (excluding our dear departed Myron Cope) not having anything good to say about our Steelers.  Big Ben may be off of his game for this second, but he does show up eventually.  If we had an offensive line, it just might help also!  I think it was one of the most disrespectful comments I have ever heard.

there are so many threads

that have this in it

"If you hit .440 with 20 bombs, you don't have to do s---. You don't have to bring a glove to practice, just hit and leave whenever you want. You can bring a 40 and smoke a cigarette and call me from the parking lot asking me what time the game is, and I'll tell you. You can even say 'F--- you, Steve!' Actually, don't say that, that wouldn't be very nice." -Steve Friend, Head Coach, Chabot College Gladiators Baseball

well

Announcers and “experts” tend to be harsh on the Steelers for reason i don’t understand but what this particular announcer meant by calling Ben a Drama Queen was that he is a bit of a hypochondriac….which has some truth….

The MNF crew is horrible, and stayed true to form last night. I was waiting for one of those bozos to tell me which Steeler it was that had made a key first down, but ended up having to use the DVR to rewind it and get the guys number myself. Ridiculous. The game should never play second-fiddle to their so-called witty bantering over something that has nothing to do with what’s going on on the field.

Last December’s Pats-Ravens Monday night game had the entire group openly and obnoxiously rooting for the Ravens to win, with ever-present Don Shula on hand and waiting in the wings to celebrate the Pats loss. (Unfortunately he had to leave just prior to the end and wasn’t available for a post-game interview.)

Keep the faith!
