Football be thy game.
Five Super Bowls won,
Your game plan be done,
against Baltimore as it is in Heinz Field.
Give us this day a playoff win,
And forgive us our penalties,
As we defeat those who play against us.
But lead us into victory,
And deliver us to Tampa Bay.

i stick to a strict separation of church and football. i’m in giants and eagles country, so keeping my job sometimes involves not using my pulpit as a platform to promote the steelers. if they make it to the superbowl, however, that will be a different story. : )
