Bruce Davis Signed By The Hated Patriots

I just read that Bruce Davis was signed by the Hated Patriots. What I found interesting was the fact that he never asked the Steelers why they cut him. He must have known that his days were numbered.

Also, I noticed that the Broncos have Ryan McBean and Scott Paxon. Both are on the 53-man squad. At least they were for one of the games I watched. Now tell me the Broncos are legitimate.

Yep – i was watching the Denver game and saw “McBean” on the back of Bronco’s jersey – he actually got some good pressure on Romo..

Good luck to all “discarded” Steelers players EXCEPT when playing against the STEELERS – then they need to preform similar to the way that got them cut……………

Davis could be valuable to the Patriots, he was always good at rushing the passer, he just couldn’t do anything else. Our linebackers have to be versatile and excel at multiple facets of the game, Bilichick finds ways to use one-dimensional players to compliment his versatile ones.

I was hoping for Cliff Avril too!

But I was really aggravated that we missed on Red Bryant in the fourth when Seattle grabbed him two spots ahead of us. I always assumed that we traded down in that round just because he was gone and there was no longer anyone we wanted….But maybe our FO didn’t want him anyway. He hasn’t shown much since except injury miscues, so what do I know?
