Best Quote of the Day
One thing I hate about playing the Monday night game is that we get the second-tier team to analyze the game results on the NFL network.
But, anyway, there was a great moment today from Smiling Charles Davis.
They showed the Troy Polomalu interception -- how he was 15 yards back, and started breaking before the ball was even thrown. Fran asked: "How did he know where the ball was going to be, Charles?"
"Orton told him with his eyes, Fran, he told him with his eyes..."

Haha heard that too
Definately one of the best non-Eisen quotes
Ryan Clark remarked that Coach Tomlin once asked whether he wanted to be the nail in the defense, or the hammer. "I said, 'I want to be the hammer coach.'"

Troy Strikes Back
I forgot to mention… Troy Polomalu had some great stuff during his interview.
They played a clip where Chad “Don’t call me Johnson” says he is sending a care package to the Steelers. The host asked Troy, “I know that this isn’t your thing, but how do you respond to that?”
“Actually, it is my thing,” Troy said. “If he sends us chocolates or something, I’ll be all over that.” Pause. “You know, I could send him some hair care products, but I don’t think he can use them…”
Thats awesome
Troy is one of those quite jokers, doesn’t say much but when they do, they have you busting a gut.
Is this a joke?
I hope so. If not, nah i’ll pass. Just don’t read my post if you don’t like them. Thanks! Have a great day! :)

thought it would be obvious in light of the backlash Taffastrophe caused on another thread. Yes, it was a joke
cool
I was hoping so, but you can never be too sure on the internet…. :) I sometimes I can’t tell when someone is being sarcastic, so its always good to check!

I’m not sure if it’s just my homerism/man-crush, but I think Troy’s Head and Shoulders commercials are hilarious. Far better than the Coke Zero commercial remake.

the coke zero is a classic remake…. well at least imo

A classic commercial from my childhood, I gotta give much love to whoever remade that one.

Mean Joe to Mean Deebo….. but troy is more personable.

It they did Deebo
He would probably just take the Coke from the kid.

Or slammed him to the ground like a weak, fat, little Browns fan.
Then taken the coke.
