It's Official - No Repeating This Year!
Wow, could that have sucked anymore? I was sticking in there after the tough loss to the Bengals thinking the Steelers still had a good, focused team, but this game just proved that the Steelers are officially not going anywhere this year. Say what you want about home field advantage for the Chiefs, or that the Steelers offense put up good yardage numbers, or whatever pearls you want to try and pick out of this turd but it will all come down to one thing - this stunk. A championship caliber team does not go into a game with a seriously overmatched opponent and get beat by committing stupid mistake after stupid mistake. I don't know if this team has lost some it's focus on details or what the problem is, but they just don't have what it takes to win another ring. Maybe they can pull it together for next year, but I'm jumping on the bandwagon that this ship has sailed. I really hope I am wrong.

You're right
This team doesn’t stand a chance. They are pedestrian on their best day and that, my friend, is NOT good enough!

Get a grip
And stop rec’ing bullshit posts
Lets see, we buried Denver, a one loss team, we are the only team that has beaten Minnesota, still.
Weve proved we can hang with the best, this was just an ugly loss
Pedestrian? Piss off bandwagoner

You aren't even satisfied in a win??
“Minny, be honest, we should have lost that game..”
Seriously, would you like me to contact the NFL office and ask that they give the Vikes the win because you aren’t satisfied with pulling a win out of our ass? We won the game. We won the Titan’s game too but I’m sure your sorry ass didn’t feel we deserved that either.
Turn in your Terrible Towel. You’re fired. We don’t need you.
When the tailgate drops, the BS stops. Shut up and play!
take it easy..
Yes, minny should have beaten us…BUT, we should have beaten Chicago, and at cincy…just calling it the way I see it..not asking to give it back, but facts are facts!

Go F yourself in your A.
Apologies for that. Terrible loss, but if you are going to jump off the bandwagon, please never come back.

At least you don't root on the Ravens like me.....
You have to hate losing more than you love winning.
We love the steelers
But they sucked today. And last week.
We all know they don’t have what it takes.
It’s time to look to next year and rebuild special teams, refocus priorities, and study film.
Some people said the same thing in 2005 after we got blown out by Indy
Just sayin’. It aint over till its over

We are Steelers Fans
I know is hard to take this loss, but we need to support our team until the season is over. The season is not over yet? How many believed they could win the super bowl last year? How may believed they could win the super bowl in the last drive? We still have some games let. If we correct the mental mistakes we will be ok. We need to believe our team will make it to the playoffs and then is a new season. Nothing matters once you get there.
So am I!
But do you think we will win in Baltimore? the way we been playing??
by nycsteelerfan on Nov 22, 2009 6:42 PM EST up reply actions
I agree
We as fans need to be more optimistic. I believe they will improve. Mental mistakes need to be solved. We have faced adversity in the past and this is what we are facing right now. We must think positive in these situations, we still have a chance. We need to take baby steps to achive our overall goal. The first step starts next week vs Ravens. I am from Houston, was born in Mexico and I will be there next week. We are good fans, we need to believe!!! We trust Mike Tomlin, he will have this team ready to play the ravens.
Cincy just lost to Oakland… Season still over?

Makes me feel better about our playooff hopes, sure
But not after that abortion of a 4th quarter we played.
"Chris! That's a terrible word! Pussywillows..."

Somehow I just knew Cincy would blow their chance to open a big gap in the division.
But it makes me feel even worse about the Steelers’ failure in KC.
