Happy Thanksgiving Everyone

I would have loved to go into Thanksgiving with a feeling of peace in my heart. As it is, I'm still feeling a little queasy from the Cheifs game.

Still, I think we should all take this oppurtunity to tell what we are thankful for about our Steelers. I'll start.

I'm thankful for the best owners in the league. The Rooneys are by far the classiest owners in the NFL. They have run the greatest football franchise with class and dignity for more years than I've been alive.

I'm thankful for Big Ben Rothlisberger as the Steelers quarterback. While he has not yet reached elite status, he wins and wins the Steelers way, ugly, physical, gutsy, determined... I would not wish to have any other quarterback. I don't care what their numbers are. Ben Rothlisberger is a Pittsburgh quarterback.

I'm grateful that I'm part of the BEST fan base in all of football. There are nothing like Steelers fans anywhere. No matter where you are, you run into them. They are the hard working backbone of the country and love their team no matter what. They show up at any venue to claim the field as a home field advantage, or at the very least, a home field neutrality. No other fan base helps out their tam as much on the road. And, you will never hear another teams fans out-yell them in their home stadium. Never going to happen.

I'm grateful for Hines Ward, the most physical receiver to ever play the game. He personifies Pittsburgh and the Steelers fans. No matter how hard he gets hit, he comes up smiling, and routinely lays the lumber on linebackers and defensive backs. He makes Steeler fans proud.

I'm thankful for James Harrison, who took the hard way to stardom by never giving up. He is an example of a hard working and determined Pittsburgh Steeler.

I'm grateful for a one word reply to any other fans argument for their team: Six.

there are so many things to be thankful for this holiday season. Please join me in listing the things we Steelers fans have to be thankful for.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Go Steelers !

I always liked the ham better than the turkey

That may be because my aunt doesn’t cook the greatest turkey out there or I am just a weirdo.

I’m thankful for a lot of things, but BTSC is right up there. Have a safe and enjoyable turkey day folks.

Thankful for good ol’ 43 and 83, they contributed a lot to me being a Steeler fan, and boy am I glad to be one. Much love to you all!

This is Pittsburgh Steeler Troy Polamalu getting knocked around by the Pacific Ocean in Hawaii yesterday...
Minutes later, Troy caught the ocean going over the middle and smacked it right in the mouth. The ocean fumbled, Troy recovered and ran it into the endzone. The ocean never messed with Troy again.

Happy holidays

I live in Houston Texas but I was born in Mexico. I have been a stelers fan since I was 6-7 yeras old. I always dreamed to see the Steelers in the SuperBowl. This year I got this opportunity I went to tampa with my Wife and my Father (he likes the Cowgirls). Any way, the feeling of being part of that game is something I will never forget for the rest of my life. I was within a lot of cardinals fans , they were already celebrating the victory , but you know how it ended. As life goes on, we get older and the only thing we can keep is our memories. We have lots of great memories from the Steelers games. I am happy and thankful for that. This weekend I will be in baltimore for the game with my wife and daughter. I do not how life would be without the steelers on sundays. I wish everybody happy thanksgiving and great holidays

Saludos amigos
