Steelers work out Patrick Ramsey and Todd Bouman
Due to injuires in the QB front Pitt has brought in Pat Ramsey and Bouman to workout for a possible job per Profootballtalk.com. I would have more faith in Ramsey behind center than Batch, Dixon, or Bouman. He could still be a potential starter on a lesser team like Tampa Bay or even St. Louis. This could mean that Batch will be gone at season's end and/or Ben's injury might be a little more serious. I would love for Ramsey to be the backup in Pitt.
On another note... I would also like to see us draft a solid num. 2 running back in the draft in the 2nd or 3rd round. I hope CJ Spiller is available in the 2nd round, but I doubt it. We need a Safety, OLineman, or a feesable Linebacker or DT in the draft.

How old is Bouman 40, I don't think it will work out
but I could see Ramsey being like Byron last year

OldManSteeler, ominously died two days before Superbowl 123 where the Ravens are set to attempt their 7th superbowl win, facing the Detroit Lions on Sunday. He was 86. His last words are believed to be "MALOR CAN SUCK IT!!!". Like friends and family, we can only guess what this could mean.

The fact they haven’t signed – or called according to Ed Bouchette – Garcia both says they feel good about Ben and are comfortable with Dixon as the primary backup.

Ramsey
Would actually be a solid number two. He couldn’t start on a great team for long periods, but I would trust Ramsey if Ben were injured for a few weeks.
