Well... well... well
The Steelers played for overtime instead of trying to win it in regulation. What a crock! Then in OT on a 2nd and 6 and needing nothing more than to manage the yards and 1st downs they throw a 40 yard pass............ are you f'ing kidding me?
This kid has been practicing our offense for a couple of years now and he looked like he really didn't know what the hell was going on. Dixon is NOT the future of this team. I will take our 2 Super Bowls in 3 years and shut my face now because the Steelers are not a playoff contender this year........, CASE CLOSED!

You think it's up to dixon to throw it deep!?
No no my friend. It wasn’t his call. He would have rather torn one off for fifteen or so yards I promise you that.

Saying Dixon is not the future of this team
is a bit much. If we won this game would he be the future? He filled in man. It was a last minute thing. I don’t believe we’ve seen enough to make this distinction. Is anybody blaming him for the loss?

Stefan Logan I should say, but a representative from Ohio can’t be completely innocent either.

He should be used in a wildcat condition.

We don't play out of a wildcat too often!
Ben practiced all week leading up to the game, limiting Dixon’s practice snaps with the first team! Dixon had played in one NFL series before last night.
But despite that, Dixon took this team to overtime against the Ravens!
No blame on Dixon for this one, only credit.

Just a stab in the dark...
Ben just signed an 8 year deal, i have a hunch he is the future. Again just a guess.
Unless we trade him
for TJ Duckett and a couple of draft picks

We should trade Ben for Brady Quinn
Then we can see if it’s Arians fault.

Number 7 is in the pocket

I meant Super Bowl
Number 7 (Ben) is already in our pocket, but not after the trade.

Please ban the dude. Respect for your service (If you are actually a marine) but you are not a stable individual who really just gets in the way on this blog.

Pro football is not a world of absolutes.
A prime example is James Harrison. At one time, he appeared to be a marginal player. Now he’s the holy terror of the entire NFL. You can’t write off Dixon or any young player based on one or even a few showings.
Unlike far too many of our brave Marines, these guys normally live to fight another day.
Well DUH
Dixon is NOT the future of this team.
didn’t we resign Ben to a long contract? Ever heard of Brett Farve? Despite the fact he started every game the Packers were able to trade his backups and get high picks back. Guys like Matt Hasslebeck who for a while was a probowl QB. So when wants to start we trade him and draft a new one.
