Keenan Lewis has seemingly been in Tomlin's doghouse this year. He may be injured and he may not be good enough, but he certainly is not seen as a solution to a oft-criticized secondary. He is now on the IR, and has been replaced by Trae Williams.
Scouting reports depict Trae as an undersized corner but a legitimate play-maker. He tied a school record for interceptions playing opposite Mike Jenkins in South Florida. He is faster than Keenan and less physical. I love the pick-up and he wasn't good enough for the Seahawks secondary, but I am excited to see what he can do.
Anyone else a fan of this? Or terribly disappointed?
