Who exactly is playing in the Secondary in the nickel and dime packages?

test - am I banned?

Who exactly is playing in the Secondary in the nickel and dime packages?

Is Joe Burnett and Keenan Lewis getting any playing time? If not, they need to put the Rookie Joe Burnett in there ASAP (in the dime or nickel packages)

Here is the Steelers Depth Chart:

Why is Ryan Mundy, a backup Safety, playing in the nickel and/or dime packages?

They need to put Joe Burnett in the Nickel or Dime Packages --- ASAP

Joe Burnett and Keenean Lewis need to start getting more playing time in the nickel and dime

Ok, so Ryan Mundy is the backup Free Safety

Tyrone Carter is the backup Strong Safety

I would imagine that rookies Joe Burnett and Keenan Lewis are faster and better at pass coverage

Ryan Mundy was out there in the nickel or dime package

Why not put Joe Burnett and/or Keenan Lewis in there, in the nickel and dime defense?

Which is sad because he played that about as well as you can expect anyone

I don’t think he was expecting it to hit him in chest and was shocked when it did

Actually,

It’s basically a Chinese fire drill back there in the secondary. Bunch of guys running around with no idea WTF they’re doing. The old guys have proven they can’t play and the new guys don’t even know the plays.

Lewis should be tried at press-style corner

Steel in NFL— thanks for letting us know Lewis has been playing. He must be lost in the middle of the field. I want to see him tried at press corner. Make the QB hold the ball 3 seconds and then trow it over Lewis. At least we get a chance at a sack and we get to see if Lewis can use some of that height and jumping ability. Letting the average QB’s just throw safe short passes to move down the field with minimal risk is unacceptable. Gradkowski threw one long pass nicely to Murphy in the fourth but he overthrew 2 others earlier. That is the point— you make the QB stop his drive over half the time by demanding a nice throw under pressure.
