We waited from 1979 to 2005 to 2008... Sometimes it's just not our year... The defense is playing really tired, especially the secondary. PLUS, without Troy we are a very average secondary. His being out is tremendous blow to the D... The Chiefs, Raiders... r u kidding me...
* Ike doesn't want to come up and tackle... he's been reading his press as a shut down corner
* Gay is totally out of place and couldn't play man coverage is his life depended on it
* Ryan is out of position on simple play action. Keep the ball in front of you.
* 2 shoes Carter is a definite liability on D
* Please don't blame the game on the rookie Burnett... How many INT's has Ike dropped to seal the game. He actually tried to intercept the ball instead of knocking it down when Gradowski thru the Billy Kilmer duck...
Bottom line we need more help than New Jersey Nets to make the playoffs... Jacksonville must lose 2, which is a possiblity (Miami, New England, and Indy on their schedule), Bmore must lose to GB and us, Miami we must beat them head to head... Not worried about the Jets...
No one wants to see us with Troy P. on the field playing D back... Did we bring him back to early?

Our CB's are fish out of the water
Those guys have been horrible, if I had any say in the roster, I’d focus on CB’s, we dont INT at all! Without TP you can forget it! Realistically we CAN still make the Playoffs, this IS the same team who beat the Vikings. But that’s easier said than done, I believe it’s going into two extremes here. We’re either going on a win streak and finish the season 10-6, and just maybe, maybe make the playoffs, because of the Jaguars’ tough schedule, and I ain’t worried about the Jets at all either. OR, if we lose to the Browns next week, it’s gonna be 6-10, that’s what my gut is telling me, 8-8 at best, AT BEST!

It looked like Grb’s passes had parachutes on them. Helen Keller would of had time to circle under one of those. She could have read the laces before tucking the ball away from the Pitt. DB’s. What’s happening to this division. We used to be feared and now your messing it all up. We’ll just have to go bang out Green Bay to bring some respectability back to the AFC North.

i agree wholehearted about that statement. if you have to depend on a rookie CB playing for your injured starting CB to make the game winning play then you’re already in trouble
