The Wonderlic

Hey Steeler Nation, I just ran across a sample Wonderlic test and thought i'd pass it around to anybody that might want to try it out. Given that the Combine is upon us and all our future draft picks will be taking something similar i thought it might be fun.

Keep in mind that it's timed - I didn't.

I got 9/10 on it for a 45. Sadly, this is certainly the best stat I could ever possibly record at the combine.

Does anybody know the scores of the players on our current roster?

I think the Human Fund may have contributed as well.

9/10, ran out of time.

The test is a lot harder than I would have expected, but I have been out of test taking for awhile.

50

My job requires this type of thinking under pressure. It was still hard though.

Hmm.

10/10, 56 seconds remaining. I guess I should feel special.

I need a re-do

While doing this test I received a message from a Yahoo chat friend whose message display picture was, um, distracting. I got 15. Then I did the test again and, when faced with the color box progression question, had an unfortunate drug flashback to a long night with a Rubik’s Cube. I got 30. How many times can I take this test?

I have a feeling you’ll be taking it all day if you kept getting interrupted in such a positive fashion.

I got 35

I’m usually good on tests, but have a hard time on answering complex questions quickly. I completed 8 and got 7 right.
