Damn, pretty sad news, I really feel bad for the guy's family and even Donte. If it really was an accident like they say, then Donte's probably going to be dealing with a whole lot of guilt the rest of his life, really sucks.

How can your BAC be .012 at 7 AM and then decide to DRIVE? He’s top 10% of the country rich- why didn’t he just pay someone a grand to drive him somewhere. No excuse whatsoever. He’s done, too. No way he gets any less than the current going rate for manslaughter.
