I was writing about this in another post and got grilled for “not knowing how the Steelers organization operates”. Yes, I realize we really don’t like to pay players what they can get elsewhere. However, every once and a while, a player comes along that you must retain. I’m not saying retain him if he’s requesting Haynesworth money, but I don’t think he is. It may be a bit more than the Steelers were looking to spend, but is F’in James Harrison man!!! I’d be very sad to see him go elsewhere.

I gotta wonder if the FO is trying to stall while they see what happens with BMac or vice versa. I don’t think they have the room to sign both of them. Not without making some critical cuts. You don’t want to make offers or cuts without a better feel for the situation.

Probably IMO more to the fact BMAC and DRosenhause think he is worth a boat load of money.. Kinda of funny his high profile clients arent happy, Bolden, Harrison and Plex.. maybe BMAC should change agents to Deebo’s and they could be a package deal…

Seriously, we need Young OL & DL that are gamers and not gonners in 2 years.. Save the money and spend it there or how about next week inviting in “Olshansky, Igor” from the Bolts, should be better deals then..

Or if you really want BMAC back, be patient, cuz come April 1st and no-one signing him, BMAC may take a more reasonable approach to staying with the Steelers!!
