NFL considers expanding the "Rooney Rule"

It’s well known through out the league that Dan Rooney, who happens to lead the workplace diversity committee for the NFL, pushed for teams to interview at least one minority when hiring for the head coach position. At the owners meetings in Fort Lauderdale, they are now considering that rule to be expanded to cover General Manager positions as well.

Let’s be real, this is a no brainer – in ANY front office role the NFL should be interviewing capable and talented people, of course that includes minorities.

I am just learning how to use twitter and i was JW how u talk to these people, do u hit that reply button and what does that Direct MEssage thing mean? Also i was wondering what Steelers had twitter? So far i got Santonio Holmes, William Gay, Lawrence Timmons and AQ shipley, anyone else?? Thanks

yes, reply…to well, reply…

Direct message = private message only other person can see….but be careful because you can easily mess that up!

And for apps, I prefer tweetdeck at home….and I have heard ubertwitter for berry though I am still on twitterberry.

tweetdeck – application for home computer.
Makes using twitter easy.
Set up groups
create chats
separate the folks you follow so you can easily filter those you don’t want to hear from (see me move @xxsixburghxx now)

twitterberry and ubertwitter are mobile applications for your blackberry.

But if you have an iPhone, I heard tweetie is good.
