ESPN makes many of the same points that we have made in the post, and i apologise for making ANOTHER fanpost (looking at you Steelguy99 :P) but wanted this news to be made easily seeable for BTSC
No criminal charges will be laid until a criminal case is created, which can only happen if McNulty files a criminal complaint on Big Ben rather than a civil case
Its looking all the more strange to me, and I can only hope at this point that it is not true
Heres a question, if found not guilty....will Big Ben still be able to face suspension or action from Commissioner Goodell for Misconduct?
Well....i guess our boring offseason just got a little more lively....albeit for the wrong reasons :(
