Future Hall of Famers

Obviously with the possible addition of Dick LeBeau (way too long in coming) to the Hall, it got my mind wondering about who else on the Steelers roster might be a future HOFer.

I got:

Ben Roethlisberger: With two rings and an outstanding winning percentage, Big Ben should be on his way with I believe 1.) one more ring, or 2.) 35,000 plus yards and his two rings.

Hines Ward: With Lynn Swann and John Stallworth already in, and Ward owning every significant team receiving record, this is a done deal. Plus, he is a SB MVP.

Troy Polamalu: The whirling dervish will get in if for no other reason that he will come to represent the Steelers D in the same way that Ray Lewis and Ed Reed represent the Ravens. Just a great all-around football player.

Bubble guys:

James Harrison, LB. Harrison's late bloom might work against him unless it puts together three to four solid years in black-n-gold.

James Farrior, LB. Clearly one of the most underrated guys in the NFL; will he get the respect he deserves?

Casey Hampton, DT. Again, like Farrior, not a glamour guy; will that work against him?

Coaches: Bill Cowher will get there and Mike Tomlin could very likely get there.

Alright, go at it.
