Dumb bitch
“Lawyer: We’ll drop suit if Steelers QB admits rape”
Apparently her “lawyer” was in the bottom of his class @ law school.
What a pair of morons!

That's what she gets for getting Cousin Vinnie to represent her

On the other side of the arguement...
This really hurts the “she only did this for the money” people, doesn’t it? It’s hard to call someone a money grubbing whatever if there is no money involved.

There only no money now because she knows this was all made up in a feeble attempt to get money… Remember she was originally seeking $440,000. If this wasn’t about money from the beginning she would have been seeking something else… she has been made a fool with all the email and texts that have been reported. she now realizes there’s no money for her so she’s changing her demands… it’s actually a smart move… she may not get of formal civil conviction or any money but she could save face with Ben “admitting” to the allegations… it’s pretty much a hail mary move…

When I say smart I actually mean it’s their best move aside from just dropping it… I actually think this makes her look even more dumb and further shows there was never anything with any substance in her accusations.

Doesn’t hurt the “she only did this for money” take at all. I believe it reaffirms it, if anything. She was trying to get money from Ben, and from Harrah’s. Now the case appears to be lost, so she’s trying to take the “high road” donating all money to charity, and asking for simply a written apology that admits guilt, but releases Ben from any and all civil and criminal punishment and liability. Its a move of desperation. She and her attorney should be embarrassed. I agree with Ben’s lawyer…this is a slap in the face to all women who have had to endure sexual assault/rape.

thought throughout
When the initial reports of the lawsuit came out, I knew, in my heart, Ben did not rape this woman. IF anything did happen between the two, it was consensual. No doubt in my mind. I still know, in my heart, Ben did not rape this woman.
My question from the beginning. McNulty stated that she could not find the maintenance man, so out of the “we must provide positively outrageous service to the NFL players” mentality she went to Ben’s room alone to fix his TV. This was after spending the previous evening of conversing/flirting with Ben. OK, so she is telling me that there was not another male employee who could have gone to Ben’s room to fix his TV. She was working at Harrah’s in Reno on a weekend where NFL superstars were in town. You know damn well every employee was working that weekend.
She went to Ben’s room looking for a little action. Either she got some consensually or she didn’t get any at all. From that she fabricated a story. Whether it was initially for money or whether she is an angry Arizona Cardinal’s fan, this story is made-up. Now that she has no leg to stand on and Ben has shown to be unshakable, , she baling.
McNulty, if you were truly raped, you would be standing in the pocket anticipating the next big hit. Leave football to the pros.
