Besides Pittsburgh, New England and Oakland!
Obviously, we need a NE win, and if Baltimore wins, we will also need a Jets loss. For the Bengals to have anything to play for (and claiming the 3rd seed would mean avoiding Indy in the 2nd round and hosting the Pats in the Championship game should both make it that far), they would need the following to happen:
The AFC North to win out, and 4 of the following 6 games to go their way (bold teams).
Green Bay @ Arizona
Kansas City @ Denver
Indy @ Buffalo (counts 2x)
Tennessee @ Seattle
New Orleans @ Carolina
So, IF Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Baltimore win, and any combination of 4 teams (bold) above winning (Indy will count as 2x because the Pats beat Buffalo twice), then Cincinnati would claim the 3rd seed over the Pats, even if the Pats win.
