Will the Steelers get any 2010 compensatory draft picks?

I would think that the Steelers will receive some compensatory picks in the 2010 draft, but I haven't seen any early speculation.  So how about it?  Is an extra 4th rounder in the team's future?

I assume that the Steelers will get some compensation, since they lost Nate Washington, Bryant McFadden, Anthony Smith, Byron Leftwich and Marvel Smith.  The only significant signings were Keiwan Ratliff and Shaun McDonald.

Does anyone know what the formula is for assigning compensatory picks?
