is a new offensive line coach. Our line is inconsistent.  We don't seem to develop our top picks (very quickly anyway) and our line in clueless on who to block. We get fooled but the easiest stunts.  Hartwig does not look around at all and guys run right past him.  I want a new line, but we just extended everybody, so maybe better coaching will help.

The current coach was in Cleveland with Arians, so maybe they are a package deal.
