I don't see that as a problem.  Don't you think that favre, Brady, Manning have influence with the organizatiion?  Look, what did we do before BB arrived??  A 26yr drought and playoff disasters!  BB has earned the right to have influence.  I for one, am not crazy about BA, BUT, who else?  Kubiak?  If he gets  fired but he is a west coast guy and that is not Pitt football.  Yes, BA drives me crazy with play calling, but he will be gone next year because  his contract will expire anyway!
