Safety Troy Polamalu a danger to Pittsburgh's opponents
An excellent article in the LA Times. The headline definitely caught my attention but trust me, it has nothing to do with 'hurting' or 'injuring' opponents.

Thanks, obviously
I loved the Woodson comment about Coach Dad’s Commandment Thou Shall Not Turn Thine(?) Back on Thy Play, but adored Lebeau’s response even more.
Eastern Orthodox? Really? A guy from the Pacific? Wow. Is that his wife’s faith?

I thought the way the article was broken up and how they got quotes from many different former Steelers was very cool. It is definitely a refreshing article, compared to all of the articles that every single writer has focused on this week (the vicious hit topic). Glad I stumbled across it and was able to share it with the BTSC crew!
For example, he has tested himself at a gym near his La Jolla home by turning a treadmill up to maximum speed, then sprinting on it as long as he possibly can until collapsing off it in a heap.
Are you kidding me? God I love this guy.
"I was in the right place at the right time. It was zone coverage, and he ran through my zone...That was a good, clean, legal hit. I put my head across the bow. To be honest, I laid off him a little bit. I could have put a lot more into him." -James Harrison on the Massaquoi hit
On the Cribbs hit: "I thought Cribbs was asleep," Harrison said. "A hit like that geeks you up, especially when you find out the guy is not really hurt, he's just sleeping. He's knocked out but he's going to be OK."
