I see the injury-depleted Washington Redskins just signed some guy named Macho Harris. The Steelers had Tuff Harris on their PS for part of last season. "Bomber" Harris is one of my historical favorites, and he led the RAF night bombing campaign that helped obliterate Germany in WWII. I believe his full legal name, after knighthood, was General Sir Arthur Harris, but everyone knew him as Bomber.
Is there something about the last name Harris that leads to these Macho and Tuff nicknames? Did I miss any?
Of course our favorite Harris doesn't need any nicknames. Doesn't even need the last name. Just Franco.
