Just saw on the NFL network that the accuser is refusing to meet with the police.  It also says that the accuser has not spoken to the police since the night of the incident.   Does anyone have any more details on this?

Maybe she was really drunk that night and was why she was screamin "assault", but when she sobered up she wanted to rescind the whole thing, but it was too late.  If this is the case, Big Ben should be looking pretty good, and I'd have to say "HALLELUJAH!"  Make no mistake, I think Ben needs to start growing up and being more responsible, especially at night.  But hopefully, this scares him straight, and gets him on the right path.

I woulda posted this on the existing FanPost about Big Ben that is currently up, but there are about 200 comments on there already, and most of them involve some catfight between 2 girls named Hi5 and swiss.
