On another note, does it seem odd that Scott started eight games last season (including 6 at left tackle) and yet went untendered?  How does that happen?   The Bills seemingly replaced Scott (who is 27) with a 34 year old....

So a leftover from the NFC North comes indirectly to Pittsburgh.  With the FO's history of such acquisitions in mind, we have reason to hope that he will be an awesome addition....
