DB in the draft is not a necessity obviously
Even I myself was a little upset to not get Morgan Burnett, Brandon Ghee, or some other dbs that fell, but I have a lot of faith in the FO. Keenan Lewis, Kraig Urbik, and Joe Burnett are very unproven to this point and I tend to think that the FO must see something outstanding in them that they do not see in the other picks today. I trust that they evaluated every sitation and did not let anything slip by them. After all, we have had a history or outstanding draft picks. I see Lewis and Burnett pressing for serious playing time at DB, and us reaching for one DB and a S as depth these later rounds. I really like the idea of having Scrabble in the mix, Myron Rolle is not shut out completely yet either. Dominique Franks, AOA, Rolle, Stuckey, Walter McFadden, and a slew of great value picks are still on the board. The front office obviously analyzed the needs and picked players in that best demonstrated what they were looking for. Calm Down.

NT please. OLB depth was a big need. We addressed it. A depth ILB wouldn’t make this squad anyway and our PS isn’t big enough already. Sanders looks like a future replacement for Ward (should be great in the slot and he catches well away from the body.). DB and NT are the picks I’m waiting for. I’d like Donovan Warren or AOA a lot.
We cant draft NT now.
we have two NTs on the roster. we cant carry THREE nose tackles on the roster.
if we draft an NT for the 3 4 defense and hes any good what are the odds he stays on our practice squad?………
we may draft NT ….but it wont be this year
Ben is INNOCENT!
We can and have carried 3 NTs on the roster in the past
look it up.
In fact, there are currently 3 NTs on the roster.
