So do the Hot and Humid Summer days gotcha Down?

Is The world Cup just not your cup of tea? (sound irritating horn noise here)

Still Fretting about the Penguins or your favorite hockey team getting bounced?

Serfin" the channels only to find small snippits of an overated Mike Vick or a Self absorbed Basketball player make a "decision"?

Do memories abound in your mind of an inexcusable  5 game losing streak to a bunch of scrubbs still haunt your brain as it does mine?

Well Fear not boys and girls for the light at the end of the tunnel is bursting through the darkness

We are at the 4 week mark until the Chinstraps are strapped on and the sound of pads crunching are Finally upon us

Steelers Vs Detroit August 8th!  : )

I know its only preseason but I LOVE preseoson! Can you say Issac Redzone Redman! lol! I heard they will rename the Redzone the Issaczone in Honor of his awesomeness. Seriously though I think our RBs are gonna be bomb ass, Real exited about Jonathan Dwyer and the rest of the crop of Studs we have back there, Dwyer reminds me of Barry Foster . I also hold out hope for Summers to see what he can do. Mendy MAY be in the top 3 in the AFC in rushing if he stays healthy and BA hands it to him with Big Dummy out for the First 4. Memo will deliver.

With the Steelers Hopefully being a Tad more Humble and Hungry maybe we can get back to what matters which is Winning.

Its a shame that we had so many off field issues cuz I hate hollywood gossip when they talk a the Black and Gold. I dont want the Steelers to be on TMZ anymore! 

Anyway just a Quick shout and ramble , Im sure many more to come in t he weeks ahead.

Get out your tailgate equipment, Dust off your Jerseys, put duct tape over your "HOLMES" 10 Jersey and Write Dixon on it..

But most importantly Know that the fast is almost over and soon we shall FEAST on a fresh clean plate :  )
