Does anyone else have a problem with the way the league handled the most recent Vick incident?

Here's a guy who has already been convicted of a felony, and served a good bit of time behind bars. Less than two years later he's out partying, and next thing you know someone gets SHOT. He was admittedly at the scene mere minutes before the shooting happened. There are no witnesses to prove or disprove his involvement.

What happens to Vick? 

Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

So how does BB get a four game suspension and Vick walks away with no punishment what so ever? There were not witness to what happened with BB. No charges were ever filed.

Double standard?

I think so.
