I know there are probably only a few (Ohio State and/or high school football fans) reading these posts about our local talent, Braxton Miller but for the few that are I have a treat for you. I didn't mention in my last post that Braxton Snubbed Florida and Alabama to choose Ohio State. I also didn't mention that even though some draw a comparison to Pryor, Braxton is a much better passer. Even with Pryor playing his junior year in college, Braxton is a better passer today.
Anyhow the treat I have for you is some film on Braxton. Keep in mind the film is limited because Braxton was injured in both his sophomore and junior year and missed a lion's share of those seasons. I do not have any freshman stuff, but you would be impressed at how poised he was in those games.
In his sophomore year the game at Paul Brown Stadium was the first of the year, against National powerhouse East St. Louis.

In his Junior year the first part of his film is from his game against Glenville (Cleveland) coached by Ted Ginn Sr. Glenville had sent 27 players to BCS schools in the last 5 years. Their defense was dominant all year. It was interesting coming into the game how he would do against the number 2 ranked team in the state. He did not disappoint. He had 2 rushing TDs and 1 passing against a defense that 4 shutouts, gave up single digits 3 times and averaged giving up 7.6 per game through the regular season. The only teams Glenville lost to all year were State runner-up St. Ignatius and State Champ Hilliard-Davidson.
