SURVIVE TO THE BYE and then on we go to Ring #7
That's the new slogan for the first 1/4 of the 2010 season-SURVIVE TO THE BYE-...it really doesn't matter at this point who starts at QB (wit Lefty gone for at least the first 2 games if not more)...we just gotta survive to the Bye week and then once Ben comes back the real rooting and fandom for SteelerNation can begin, until then, well you know, keep your fingers crossed guys and gals....

#7? Maybe.
But we have to make the playoffs first. It’s going to be hard, and we need a couple somebodies to play their best football ever.

Right
Who’d be silly enough to root for the team till Ben comes back…
To try and then fail, is not unacceptable. But failing to try, is accepting failure.

This just in
Ben Roethlisberger is not the only good football player on the Pittsburgh Steelers team. I doubt any of our players are taking the field thinking “man, we just need to survive until Ben gets back.” They want to win. The standard of expectation does not change.
