It's Holm sweet Holm(es) for the Jets -

and Santonio isn't happy about it.  If I had any lingering doubts about whether we should have traded him for a slightly used cornerback, they were completely put to rest by this article: http://www.nj.com/jets/index.ssf/2011/01/jets_notebook_santonio_holmes_1.html  When's the last time you heard Manny or Mike say that the coaches screwed up by not getting them the ball?  That sort of attitude that doesn't fly in our locker room, and I see that Holmes hasn't changed.  I read that not long into his rookie season he started complaining to Hines that Ben needed to throw him the ball more so that he could improve his stats.  Hines looked at him and said "We don't play for stats here, we play for rings."  If he had heeded that, and embraced the team-first culture, maybe he would be on his way to Dallas now.
