I'd love to see what the Steelers Offensive ranking would be if you take away the four games Ben missed at the start of the season and average those 12 games against the rest the league's offensive averages for the year. Would the Steelers O average out as a top 10 offense? You could also do it with the defense using only the games played after the Patriots game when we tightened up our coverage and started averaging our '08 DEF numbers for Passing Yardage Allowed.
Anyway, I read an article about how the Packers were the only team in the Div Championships with a top 10 Offense and thought that while it's true, it's not really an accurate picture of these 2 teams heading into the SB....Extra credit if someone can do the same with the Packers and their watershed moments on O and D to see what direction they are going in.
