all streams, by nature of the design of the internet, will be behind broadcast. direct tv to go is the least laggy as far as Ive found. (but still 3 to 10 seconds behind actual) Bad streams are as much as 10 to 15 secs behind, esp when they route through 3 or 4 places in the world.
