Corbin Bryant Cut, Monte Ivy Activated
Steelers Digest is reporting that the Steelers have cut Corbin Bryant and activated Monte Ivy from the practice squad.
One possible implication of this move is that James Farrior will not start and Stevenson Sylvester will, although this is only speculation.

Well
Worst comes to worst we’ll at least see what we most need in the draft next year.
I love the Steelers.
Dan Krieder....
Back in 2000, the Steelers had lost Jon Witman and the FU (or visa versa). They were forced to activate an unheralded undrafted rookie free agent named Dan Krieder from the practice squad.
The rest of course is history. Not saying the same thing happens here, but it is also not automatically the end of the world.

Dale Lolly speculates too
The activation of Ivy is a sign that the Steelers aren’t all too sure about the status of James Farrior, who is questionable to play Sunday with a calf injury.

Poor Corbin
The Steelers text message system didn’t even spell his name right.
