Steelers OLB James Harrison has Fractured Orbital - Out Several Weeks

Stay connected for news and updates

In Mike Tomlin's press conference he has reported that James Harrison suffered an eye in jury during the Steelers loss to the Texans on Sunday.  Although James Harrison returned to the game, it appears the injury is very serious.  Harrison will have surgery tomorrow and be out for several weeks.  Unfortunately, Jason Worilds also suffered a hamstring injury so the Steelers are down a creek without a paddle.  Therefore, they will be moving ILB Lawrence Timmons to ROLB and starting Larry Foote in his place on the inside.  This might get very interesting.

Tomlin also elaborated that QB Ben Roethlisberger will play on Sunday vs. the Titans.  Aaron Smith is very questionable, but Brett Keisel is expected to return.  Doug Legursky and Jonathan Scott expected to return also.
