Peko, Dunlap and Benson Miss Thursday Practice For Bengals
Bengals DT Domata Peko (foot), LB Carlos Dunlap (hamstring) and RB Cedric Benson (foot) all missed practice Thursday, the second in a row for each of them as they prepare to take on the Steelers in Pittsburgh in Week 13.
The Steelers did not get participation from WR Arnaz Battle (hamstring), OLB Chris Carter (hamstring) and WR Emmanuel Sanders (foot). C Maurkice Pouncey (illness), QB Ben Roethlisberger (thumb) and LB Larry Foote (hamstring) were limited participants.
Peko is the focal point of the Bengals strong rush defense. He missed Wednesday and Thursday practice last week, but still suited up in the Bengals 23-20 win over Cleveland in Week 12. Dunlap, one of the league's best pure pass rushers, missed the game last week, only played part of Cincinnati's Week 11 loss at Baltimore and missed the first time the Bengals played the Steelers.
Pittsburgh won that game 24-17, despite five Bengals sacks.
Benson has been up-and-down for Cincinnati, but rushed for 106 yards in the win last week. He has three touchdowns in the Bengals last two games.

Benson
I interviewed Joe Reedy of the Natti Enquirer and he said Benson should play. Say him walking around the locker room and he looked okay.
I would love to see some of those big front 7 monsters in their sweatpants on Sunday.
Let’s get Ben and the offense tuned back up again! Let’s not have 5 sacks again.
"It was an attrition football game and you know we like that."
Franco Harris:
"If I had to choose today between the moral integrity and character of Joe Paterno and the politicians and commentators criticizing him, I would pick Joe Paterno, hands down, no contest every time."
Yea, this kind of disapointing for us here in Cincy
We need to be firing on all cylinders is we hope to pull of an upset win on Sunday. We didn’t have Dunlap when we played you last time and he is probably our best pass rusher other than Geno Adkins how many think is just as good. Together they can really put pressure on a QB. The key for us this week is to try to do what few have been able to di. That is keep Ben from extending plays and giving your fast WRs time to get open. We were all hopeing that Dunlap could help with that.
We are also sensing that now that LeBeau has seen our Offense first hand he will have a completely different D strategy designed to stop us. The only other D coordinator that I think is in his league is Zimmer so that give me a lot of concern.
I expect that this will be a hard fought game and the winner, no matter how he is, will be glad it is over. I just hope we escape without further injury, and you shoud too, as we could be your only hope for a division title unless the Chargers or maybe the Browns can do something with the Browns this weekend. The Browns could make a game of it at home. They are better than their record. You guys still have to plat SF in SF, I think, and that game will be a challenge. The Browns could give you guys a game too if you take them lightly.
I think we can handle the Rams and Cardinalsand probably the Texans with Shaub but we need to beat the Steelers or Ravens to solidify our rep. as well as a playoff slot.
I realize that this is a pretty unrealistic senerio so don’t jump on me too hard, but a guy can dream can’t he? I smile inside at the idea if watching all of the pundits who were very solid in their prediction that the Bengals were the worst team in the NFL at the beginning of the season. writh in their seats if the Bengals found a way to win out and take the division. (I will say again that I really don’t see this happening) Jamie Dukes said there was no way we win more than maybe one game. Peter King predicted no wins. Adam Sheffler said the same. I want to see that happen just for the Poleroid moment of watching them eat the ole “Lou Brown *hitburger” (Major League)
"If we always agree, one of us is not necessary"
Beat the Ravens
:) That is all
I love the Steelers.
