Seeing that Justice Is Not Blind in Roger Goodell's NFL....
Justice is supposed to be blind... If it were only that way in the NFL. James Harrison's hit on Colt McCoy was illegal, but the Goodell's punishment is precident smashing.
Watch video (if you can get there before the NFL's lawyers force You Tube to take it down) comparing Harrison's hit with the last pre-wistle hit to draw a suspension 25 years ago.

Very Good Comparison
And your points are all valid.
It’s totally biased to suspend Harrison for that hit. How could he know that McCoy was going to fling the ball away at the last minute? It wasn’t even clear that McCoy wasn’t beyond the line of scrimmage?
But guess what? The appeal will be denied. This is Goodell’s Kangaroo Kourt, where he is judge jury and executioner. Despite the fact that this is only Harrison’s first infraction this year, and the case falls in a gray area (was he a runner or passer?), Harrison will be suspended. It sucks to be a Steeler.
But hey, at least Tom Brady is safe!!!
grain of salt
Agree But
Clearly I do not agree with the league here. However, I do think this is borderline and he most certainly should have gotten a fine.
But as I commented on Tony’s post, the question is whether others are going to get this same treatment, or whether it is an isolated incident.
